safac anniversary dinner

We had our company dinner at this place called Bliss Restaurant at Expo.

Yes, freaking other-side-of-the-map Expo. And at a restaurant that sounded like a brothel.

Food sucked, entertainment was bleah, although it was Eileen Wee, who intro-ed herself using some Jap name.

But the service brought itself to a entirely different level of low. Can you imagine, after the second dish, which happened to be roasted chicken, the bones on our plates were thrown back into the main plate and the plates were given back to us.

What's worse was the waiter took mine and a friend's plate, used them to scrape the bones off each other and happily plonked the plates back infront of us.

I was so appalled!

This time i didn't bring a camera, but many others brought their's instead, so i took many photos anyway!

This is Fabian. He's my BMT OOC friend. OOC means Out Of Course. He broke his leg while doing SOC, the lucky bugger. I was so surprised to see him there.

When he told me that my bastard buddy from both BMT and FDC (yes, same guy) was there as well, i was like, "Please don't let me see him, i'll suay 13 years." I managed to avoid seeing him throughout the dinner, but i was destined for bad luck because i saw him at the side of the road while going home. How gross.

Remind me to tell you guys some of the horror stories that surrounded him. Quite grusome.

Anyway, the rest of the pictures are not sent to me yet so i'll just have to post them some other time.

I am so bloody full right now. But it's better cos i just shat.

Shouldn't have eaten that last 3 bowls of orh nee (yam paste)...

What? Everyone left before dessert so i just ate for them lor.

I'm so bloody fat now.

P.S. I'm so sorry for the lack of updates. Been busy lazing around at home watching downloaded reality tv and making a present for someone special. And blogging has lost some of it's shine already. WHY AM I NOT GETTING FAMOUS LOL...
